We have the knowledge to get your phone back to working order as soon as possible, so if we can’t repair your device straight away, we will hold it until we can complete the repairs and notify you as soon as it is working again.

We can use the great British postal service to receive any mobile device you wish to have repaired. We will diagnose the issues and look to repair them for you, after a follow up consultation call to assess how you would wish to proceed. We will carry out the work needed for your device to function properly again, then we will be happy to return the device either through pick up or post.
